Len is based out of Edmonton and covers the entire province with the help of his great team. Len is also licensed in Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC and Ontario. He is considered an expert in the Fort McMurray area with over five years of dealing with unique situations that are presented in the Oil Sands Capital such as housing bonus's and how we can use them for down payment.
Len is an Accredited Mortgage Professional through the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals or CAAMP. I believe in doing what's right for my clients and advising them of what I think will be the best for them. Margie joined the Verico Brokers for Life team in October 2009 and is based in Edmonton. Margie brings 16+ years experience to the team, having worked as a mortgage professional for broker-based lenders in various management roles- mortgage underwriting manager to most recently 6+ years as a Business Development Manager for a broker lender.
As a result of her commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, Margie was nominated by her clients for National Business Development Manager of the Year in 2008 through CMP magazine.
